I have extremely dry skin can have dogs, the fleas. They had for some time, where the skin is raw. Is it safe for me to give them a bath in flea shampoo with oil stains on the existence of the skin?

It would be better to give them a bath with Dawn dishwashing liquid or a bar of Ivory soap. It will kill fleas if for a few minutes, then brush and dry ..
