Colon cleansing is for people who are serious feel to get healthy and lose weight, is ideal.
Works best for me is this thing called Bowtrol colon cleansing. Although, to be honest I did not used to other products, so I really can not be compared to others. All I can say about my experience with this.
I have at least 3 times a year (used once per quarter) and it really helps clear my system. I think it's like a neti pot for my system (BTW - if you suffer from allergies also recommend neti pot).
From what I have learned and experienced will help to cleanse the colon, toxins, remove the accumulation in your body. It's like pressing the reset button on the digestive system. :)
The colon cleansing is really to help a spring back in my step.
